50th Pacific Islands Forum & Related Meetings, Tuvalu, 13-16 August, 2019
Media Accreditation Information
Media are requested to access and complete their registrations and accreditation using this form: Click here for Accreditation Form
All Registrations and Accreditations to be completed and emailed to catrinar@forumsec.org and TPelosa@gov.tv by 30th of June 2019.
Accommodation
Accommodation for media representatives will be designated by the Government of Tuvalu and is covered in the registration process.
Media who have pre-arranged accommodation i.e. through Member country delegations, and require accreditation only, should note this on their registration form.
There are limited beds available for media, and if places are over-subscribed, the Forum Secretariat will have to undertake a selection/ballot process. This will be conducted on an equitable basis, however priority will be given to media from Forum Member Countries.
Late registrations will be accepted but media are encouraged to register early to ensure confirmed accommodation.
Flight Information
If you have flight details, please lodge them in the form. (Please Note: We advise you to NOT book your flight until your accreditation is confirmed, due to accommodation restrictions, it is possible we may need to pool media places. Flight information can be provided at a later date by accredited media. Media travelling under a Member country’s official delegation with pre-arranged accommodation can provide flight details)
Media Arrangements
A media programme and venues will be advised in due course.
A media centre is available for use for accredited media.
