MEDIA ADVISORY Preparatory meetings for 43rd PIF
In preparation for the 43rd Pacific Islands Forum to be held in the Cook Islands 27 – 31 August, senior officials from Forum member countries will gather at the Forum Secretariat’s Conference Centre on Ratu Sukuna Road in Suva, Fiji for a series of meetings from 30th July to 3rd August 2012.
The media is hereby invited to cover the opening of the meetings at the following times and dates:
1. Smaller Island States Officials Meeting: 08.30 am Monday 30th July 2012
2. Pacific Plan Action Committee Meeting: 08.30am Tuesday 31st July 2012
3. Pre-Forum Session of the Forum Officials Committee: 08.30 am Thursday 2nd August 2012
