I believe... that the occasion of this year's Forum presents an ideal opportunity for Leaders to build on the positions we adopted in Auckland (in 2011) as we move forward in promoting our sustainable development through both national and regional initiatives. I thus propose as the theme for the 43rd Pacific Islands Forum:
