Honourable Ministers, His Excellency the Ambassador for the Republic of Indonesia, Members of the Diplomatic Corps, Representatives of the Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Distinguished Guests, Ladies and Gentlemen. It is my privilege to welcome you all to this Microfinance Training Workshop. I especially welcome workshop participants, who have come from the Outer Islands and in particular, our resource persons from the Bank Rakyat Indonesia who have travelled from Jakarta to be with us here in Suva.
