Ministers and Members of Parliament, Excellencies, Trade Officials, Resource Persons, Ladies and Gentlemen. On behalf of the Forum Secretariat, it is my pleasure to extend a very warm welcome to you, Trade Ministers and distinguished heads of delegation to this 5th Forum Trade Ministers Meeting. The importance of international trade and the international trade environment for all Forum members, the need for close cooperation in trade-related areas, and economic integration within our region, is at the very heart of this meeting’s agenda.
