Delegates to the workshop, Observers, Ladies and gentlemen. I would like to welcome you all here, especially those of you from our Pacific Island Forum member countries. Welcome also to the observers who represent a range of organisations – we appreciate your attendance here. I am very happy to be here today to address this Pacific regional workshop on disability for a number of reasons.
