The 41st Pacific Islands Forum and related meetings will be held in Port Vila, in the Republic of Vanuatu from 3rd to 6th August 2010.

The dates have been confirmed following consultation between the Government of Vanuatu, this year’s host, and other members of the Pacific Islands Forum.

The schedule for the 41st Pacific Islands Forum and related meetings is as follows:

Tuesday 3 August 2010
• Smaller Islands States Leaders’ Meeting
• Pacific ACP Leaders’ Meeting

Wednesday 4 August 2010
• Official Opening of the 41st Pacific Islands Forum
• 41st Pacific Islands Forum Formal Session

Thursday 5 August 2010
• Forum Leaders’ Retreat

Friday 6 August 2010
• 22nd Post-Forum Dialogue Partners’ Plenary Session

With the confirmation of the dates for the 41st Pacific Islands Forum and related meetings, the Smaller Islands States (SIS) Officials, Pacific Plan Action Committee (PPAC) and the Pre-Forum Forum Officials Committee (FOC) Meetings are also confirmed for 12 July, 13-14 July and 15-16 July respectively. These meetings will be held at the Forum Secretariat in Suva, Fiji.
