Members of the Young Professional Training Development Forum (YPTDF) are invited to select persons that they esteem to be good mentors. The process of securing Mentors is facilitated by the CORE. This is in response to Mentees' desiring to advance their professional development, value system, ethics, analytical skills etc. At the moment, the YPTDF is building its pool of Mentors. Mentors are not obliged to attend the weekly Training sessions but are involved in offering general professional counselling, guidance on developmental issues, helping the Core develop and design programmes or Training Sessions.
