The Executive (Secretary General and two Deputy Secretaries General) provides visionary leadership and effective management of the Forum Secretariat.

The corporate goals form the basis of two policy advice programmes: Economic Governance, and Political Governance and Security; as well as our regional coordination programme: Strategic Partnerships and Coordination.

Supporting the Forum Secretariat is the Corporate Services Programme.
